Richard Johnson
President / CEO
Richard currently serves as the presidentand CEO of First Choice Distribution (FCD). Prior to this position, he has spent 42+ years in the industry with a long track record of success in sales, management and operations.
When the work day is done, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia, his four children and eight grand-children.

Bob Campbell
CFO/VP of Operations
Bob has served as the CFO/VP of Operations at FCD for 20+ years. In his 23 years of experience with the company he has worn many hats including being an instrumental piece of the Warehouse Operations for a three year stretch. Prior to his time at FCD Bob logged over 11 years of experience as a high level Buyer within agriculture equipment and construction.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. One of his sons is employed here at FCD so they both cherish the little bit of extra time spent together!

Chris Snyder
Customer Service & Purchasing Manager
Chris is currently our leader of Customer Service and Purchasing and has been with FCD for over 23 years. When she joined FCD, she brought with her an impressive background of high level purchasing experience.
Chris draws from her faith and family to drive the true purposes in her life. She feels abundantly blessed to have her husband of over 26 years, two children, five grandchildren and many other family members in close proximity to her. Chris enjoys playing golf and traveling, but most importantly the time spend she spends with the ones she loves.

Nicholas Campbell
Distribution Manager
Nicholas Campbell has been with the company for over 7 years. Throughout his career, Nick has dedicated himself to learning the world of supply and distribution. His extensive experiences with inventory, delivery, warehousing, and distribution have enabled him to better understand the unique challenges and nuances of supply chain management.
In his free time, you can find him kayaking, fishing, or enjoying any number of outdoor activities. He is also an avid world traveler.
